The space We invite you to the restored 19th century boutique mill, located in the peaceful seaside village of Kołczewo on the island of Wolin. A holiday home with an area of 350 square meters is exclusive for up to 14 people. It has a large outdoor and heated counter-current pool that allows you to swim in. It is 150cm deep and measures 3.5 x 9m. It is unguarded. Children can only bathe under adult supervision. The idyllic garden has a large terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, a fire pit, and a gazebo bathed in the hydrangeas. Equipped with a professional Weber grill, you can enjoy your meals outdoors. . In the heart of the mill there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that invites you to cook together. The living room with a fireplace has a large sofa bed in the TV area. The building has six cozy bedrooms and 7 bathrooms for maximum comfort and intimacy. In the basement, the mill has an entertainment area (TV room, darts, foosball, and a wardrobe with boards) with a kitchenette and an additional relaxation area with a sauna and a bathroom. Bird singing and unlimited wifi. The beach is accessible by a safe bike path that starts right at the gate of the mill. It is part of the international VeloBaltica route, which is thousands of kilometers long and allows you to circle around the Baltic Sea. Guest access The house is entirely for guests, except for one utility room in the basement. Other things to note The mill is a historic building, 150 years old, but it has been completely renovated. The stairs are original, which makes them a bit steep. One of the terraces is at a height of 1.80 cm. The building is located in the Wolin National Park in the Natura 2000 reserve. We care about the environment: we segregate waste, respect water, and heat with a heat pump. An 11 KW electric car charger is available in the car park, payable 2 PLN (0.5 euro) per 1 KW.
