The space Welcome to the restored 19th century boutique mill, located in the quiet seaside village of Kołczewo on the island of Wolin. The 350 sqm holiday home is exclusively for up to 14 people. It has a large outdoor and heated pool with a counter-current that allows you to swim in place. It is 150 cm deep and 3.5 x 9 m in size. It is unguarded. Children can only bathe under adult supervision. In the idyllic garden, there is a large terrace with deckchairs, umbrellas, a fireplace and a gazebo bathed in hydrangeas. Equipped with a professional Weber grill, it allows you to enjoy meals outdoors. At the heart of the mill is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that encourages cooking together. In the living room with a fireplace, there is a large sofa in the TV area. The building has six cozy bedrooms and 7 bathrooms to provide guests with maximum comfort and intimacy. In the basement of the mill there is an entertainment area (TV room, darts, foosball and a wardrobe with board games) with a kitchenette and an additional relaxation area with a sauna and a bathroom. Birds singing and unlimited Wi-Fi. The beach can be reached by a safe bicycle path, which starts right at the mill gate. It is part of the international VeloBaltica route, which is thousands of kilometers long and allows you to circle the Baltic Sea. Guest access The entire house is for guests except for one utility room in the basement. Other things to note The mill is a historic building, 150 years old, but it has been completely renovated. The stairs are original, which makes them a bit steep. One of the terraces is at a height of 1.80 cm. The building is located in the Wolin National Park in the Natura 2000 reserve. We care about the environment: we segregate waste, respect water, and heat with a heat pump. An 11 KW electric car charger is available in the parking lot, payable at 2 PLN (0.5 EUR) per 1 KW.
