Unwind at Riptide Retreat with ocean views and gorgeous sunsets! Situated on 2 private acres between Ocean Shores and Seabrook. Seasonal beach path for walking only (Summer/Fall). Bikes/motorized vehicles strictly prohibited on path & dunes. 2 min drive to public beach entrance. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, fenced yard for dogs, propane grill, large deck, reclining sofas, electric fireplace, smart TVs, Keurig, 2 Pack ’n Plays, laundry room, beach toys, and more. Garage fits two small cars. The space This secluded, fully fenced property welcomes up to 3 dogs (pet fee applies at booking) and offers space, privacy, and comfort for your coastal getaway. Riptide Retreat is a 1,500 sq. ft. two-story home that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests maximum with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Upper Level: Features the primary ensuite with double sinks and shower, open-concept living and dining areas, a well-equipped kitchen, half bath, and access to the large deck. Lower Level: Includes the front entry, queen bedroom with closet, twin room with two beds, full guest bathroom with tub, and access to the 2-car garage (compact/midsize vehicles only). Guests also have access to a fish and clam cleaning station, plus two clam guns for beach adventures! Guest access The front gate opens manually. The home is accessed via a keyless smart lock — your personal entry code will be provided before check-in. Once inside, you may also enter and exit through the garage. Please note: the 2-car garage accommodates compact to midsize vehicles only, and no remote is provided for the garage doors. Other things to note Guest Requirements: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Only 6 guests maximum allowed including infants. Host must be notified if any additional guests (up to 2 max) will be visiting during the daytime. Additional guest fees apply: $25 per guest per day. No more than 6 total guests overnight permitted. If this occurs, you will forfeit the remaining days of your stay and any funds already paid. Airbnb will be notified. Seasonal private walking beach path No bikes or motorized vehicles permitted on path or dunes. This is strictly prohibited by Ocean Shores local ordinance. The private beach path is walkable in summer and fall, but may flood in winter and spring. During the rainy season, we recommend using the street for safer beach access. Bug repellent is suggested in spring and early summer. CLAM DIGGERS! A fish and clam cleaning station is available in the garage and can be set up on the side of the house (on the crushed shells). Please use the provided buckets and avoid water overflow or waste near the house. Be sure to thoroughly clean and store all equipment after use. Thank you! Dog-Friendly Stay We love hosting dogs! Cats are not permitted. A $25 per dog, per night fee is included in the nightly rate based on the number of pets listed in your reservation. All dog breeds welcome. No puppies, permitted. Dogs must be house-trained, vaccinated, and treated for fleas. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste and covering any damage. Thoughtful Extras Provided: Coffee, pods, filters, sugar, oils, and seasonings. Blender, toaster, ice maker, Styrofoam cooler. 2 large crab pots for your fresh catch. Traveling with Kids? Please advise children not to lean or swing on the ropes or pilings as they are decorative and not designed to support weight. Home Security For your safety and the security of the property, there are six Ring security cameras installed on the exterior. All cameras are outward-facing and do not monitor interior spaces. House Rules No smoking, vaping, or open flames anywhere on the property No parties or events, this is a quiet, family-friendly retreat. Bear Country Advisory: Ocean Shores is home to black bear families, and there have been sightings on the property. For your safety: Keep all gates closed. Pets must be leashed outside fenced areas. Stay with children when walking the path. Travel in groups and consider carrying bear spray. Do not leave food outside or in your vehicle. Please take all leftover food with you when checking out — do not leave it in the outdoor trash. Never run from a bear.
