There are plantation shutters on all windows to provide privacy or let in as much Florida sunshine as you wish. The unit sleeps four people comfortably and access to the community pool is just steps away. One assigned covered parking spot is included with ample guest parking available. Monthly rentals only. This is a no smoking unit and pets are not permitted. Please note, no motorcycles or pick-up trucks allowed overnight in the parking lot. There is no elevator.
