Free parking on-site, just one block west of midtown's pubs, restaurants, clothing and grocery shopping. Then just six blocks south is central downtown, beach and parks. Second queen hide-a-bed. Guest access Guests have a private hot tub that is located in the courtyard with fire table and chairs with mood lighting. We maintain the hot tub on a daily basis. Other things to note The 208 Guest House is a stand alone, single unit rental above a large 4 car garage separated and private from the main home on the property.
