The Zizzania and the Mandarin Ginestra

At the center of a tourist itinerary, the B&B la Zizzania e il Mandarino is a one-of-a-kind residence. It is located in Roccagloriosa in the Cilento Park in a renovated 18th-century building. In the restoration, we tried to keep the original architectural features intact, the floors, the exposed beams, the elegant staircase that leads to the first floor, but also to make the right changes to offer guests and the inhabitants of the house every comfort. The alternative is to go on the trekking routes of considerable natural and landscape interest of the Cilento National Park (another UNESCO heritage site). The room called Ginestra is located in the attic of the house. It is an airy and cozy room, with a double bed with the possibility of splitting into two single beds. It has a private bathroom for exclusive use equipped with a hairdryer and a shower with a cabin. The small side window overlooks the rooftops of the village. The attic window is an electrified Velux equipped with a mosquito net and blackout. A fan is available if necessary.
