In the middle of Tjörn, near Kållekärr and within cycling distance (3 km) to the sea and swimming, we rent out a bright and open upper floor in a house on a horse farm with the forest around the corner. It is an advantage to get to the residence by car even if the nearest bus stop is within 150 meters. To buy breakfast or food for the barbecue, the grocery store is 2 km away, as well as pizzeria, gas station and paddle hall and 5 km to the golf course. The space Open floor plan living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet and shower and balcony. 3 beds + 2 extra in sofa bed, of which one bedroom with double bed and one smaller bedroom with single bed (1.0.5). Sofa bed in the living room. Sheets and towels are NOT included. Barbecue is available to borrow. The tenant is responsible for cleaning before departure. If cleaning is desired upon departure, SEK 1000 will be added after request to the landlord. Guest access If you want to do outdoor activities, you have access to a very large lawn below the house.
