The space The 70 sqm apartment with balcony has a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with open dining area and a very spacious living room. Free parking is in the immediate vicinity and bicycle parking is right in front of and in the house. The bus stop is within walking distance and you can reach the city center and the train station in approx. 15 minutes by bus or in approx. 25 minutes' walk via a beautiful forest path. With its parquet flooring in the living, dining and sleeping area, the apartment offers you a modern and pleasant ambience to feel good. The spacious living room has a living area, a 55" 4k Smart TV with Dolby surround system and free Wi-Fi/wired Internet.
