Rural accommodation in an older picturesque style and environment near Piteå Havsbad (1 km) overlooking the outlet of the Pite River. The accommodation is nicely located (about 10 km from Piteå city center), close to Piteå Havsbad, which is also called Norrbotten's Riviera and next to our other accommodation KjellarMärtas gård. The accommodation consists of a studio on the upper floor with sleeping space for 6 people. It consists of one room, where there is a double bed and an additional 4 beds in the loft corridor. There's also a small toilet on the upper floor. On the lower floor, there is a smaller kitchen that is fully equipped. There is also a smaller table for 2 people. A larger dining area is located in the middle of the house with room for 6-8 people, where the house's fireplace is also located. (Note: On the back of the stove there is a knob for the damper. Turn this on if you are going to light the stove, to open the damper. This is so that the house does not fill with smoke) One living room with sofas and TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet, where there is also a laundry counter and washing machine. PLEASE NOTE: Guests clean the house themselves before check-out at 12 noon on the day of departure and notify the host when this is done before departure. Therefore, we keep a lower price on our homes. Let me know if you have any other requests about this. NOTE: Failure to clean will be charged to the guest. Cleaning supplies and equipment are available in the bathroom and in the cleaning cabinets (wardrobe with glass door at the stairs to the upper floor) as well as under the sink. Guests rent with so-called self-catering and also need to bring their own bed linens and bath towels as well as toilet paper for stays longer than a couple of days, (toilet paper is available on arrival) and bring their own hygiene items and shampoo. Soap and shower gel are available. Interesting facts: The farm, which also originally belonged to KjellarMärtas Gård, is now part of this. However, it has previously been owned by the pastor Kurt Carlsson with Mrs. Signe. Hence some religious elements in the house. Kurt was a personality in town, who married and baptized countless Pitebor. He was also the brother of Kjell, who was the father of Magnus and former owner of KjellarMärtas farm. By chance, last year we got the opportunity to buy the farm as it was, with fixtures and everything. The original part of the farm is, as we know, from the early 1800s. The farm that we have now named Carlssons Röda. We have adjusted a little in the furniture and fixtures but pretty much "original" otherwise. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main building and the associated patio and plot, all the way up to the pine trees facing the Sundet and Pitsund Bridge. For your information, there are several more of our Airbnb homes on the nearby neighboring property. They are at a proper distance where the plot has a natural boundary with these homes, so guests can feel private. Other things to note The trash can quickly fills up. Please sort cardboard, plastic and glass as well as returnable bottles. Containers for this are in the kitchen in the closet with sliding doors. Food waste is collected in the small container with a lid that is under the sink and then disposed of in the brown garbage can at the small storage room.
