A short stroll to the pebble beach past independent shops, galleries, restaurants and some fine pubs. Stunning bay, ideal for swimming, beach side cafés and fishing boat trips. Walks along South-West Coast Path providing breath-taking views with Sidmouth and Lyme Regis nearby. Handy grocery store located close by & free car parking in the carpark a short walk away. The space 2 Hammett's Court is a traditional style cottage which has been refurbished in a modern style. The cottage is nestled in a courtyard off of the main road in Beer. Downstairs benefits from a cosy but spacious living space perfect for a quiet evening in front of the TV or playing board games with the family. There is a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for self catering alongside a dining space for four to enjoy a meal together.
