The house consists of a kitchen, bathroom and living room with sofa bed on the first floor and a sleeping loft upstairs. Here you will live in a slightly smaller living area, but with a floor plan that offers plenty of space. The house is located in a beautiful landscape and the surrounding area invites you to take long walks and hikes. Here you live on the coast, just a few kilometers from historic Kalmar with its medieval city center and well-preserved Renaissance castles. Take the opportunity to cross the bridge from Kalmar to Öland and experience unique nature with miles of sandy beaches. A rowing boat for 4 persons / 300kg is included. The boat is located on the beautiful river Hagby 600 m from the cottage. You can explore the river or row out to sea and visit the islands. It is possible to go all the way to the boat.
