This bathroom is shared with the third bedroom as well. • Third Bedroom: Twin XL and queen bed situated as bunk beds, separate twin bed, full-size dresser flatscreen TV with Roku, a walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom that includes a toilet with a private door, tub/shower combo and a dual vanity. This bathroom is shared with the second bedroom. • Half Bathroom: Located on ground level, including toilet and vanity DEDICATED WORKSPACE A dedicated workspace is available on the main floor. The office by the front door has a laptop-friendly desk and a rolling chair. Wi-Fi network provides coverage throughout the house for any remote working necessary. Proximity: This home is located in the Peak 7 neighborhood of Breckenridge, just 2.2 miles from the Breckenridge Ski Resort and about 4.5 miles from the heart of downtown. Please note that there is no bus service in this neighborhood, so transportation options are limited to walking, biking, or driving. Please note that 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May. Guest access You’ll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. Other things to note We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security/snow monitoring cameras.
