We are well situated for hiking, biking (on the doorstep) skiing and lakes (<40 minutes drive). Beach 50min. We are 100m from 2 bus stops. Trains and longer distance buses run from Sulmona, which is 8km away. Buses and trains go often to Rome and Pescara. The space We offer three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fully equipped dining room, kitchen, lounge, private sun terrace and shaded outdoor dining space. On street parking freely available. The house is decorated in a light, fresh design with splashes of colour. It is also an energy class A house, refurbished to an ecologically high standard. The stairs are steep but one bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor and so reasonably suited to people with mobility issues. There is one floor upstairs with two bedrooms, one bathroom and the sun terrace. All the rooms are large, light and airy. There is no air conditioning but thick insulated walls and being quite high in the mountains means it is usually very comfortably cool inside the property. Fans and a mobile air conditioning unit are available if needed. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourselves with support for questions and suggestions just a short call away. Other things to note We provide a welcome basket on arrival and basics like salt, sugar, olive oil etc are stocked in the cupboard. We can help with the hire of bicycles or a car if desired. Our outside dining area is also furnished with a charcoal barbecue. A stair gate and cot are also available for those who have young children if you give us notice.
