As part of The Hideout, guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, rec center (indoor courts, game room, gym), art center, mini golf, Club House restaurant & Tiki Bar. This 4 Bedroom & 2 Bath house, has a master bedroom on the 3rd floor with ensuite bathroom and sitting area loft for your privacy and convenience. The living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of seating. The newly renovated kitchen is stocked with all of the cooking tools you will need to cook a fantastic meal and the large granite Island is perfect for gathering. This unique house is perched lakefront with a large wrap around deck, stunning views of the lake and a front row seat to the bald eagle's nest across the cove. The sloping lawn leads to a patio with a fire pit near the water's edge and your own dock. This home is on a quiet, "no wake" zone so enjoy the lake without all of the boat traffic. Fish, swim, relax on the dock or take one of the 2 Paddle Boards or the Canoe provided out for a spin. A cabin feel with all of the upgrades and amenities that you want ****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there.
