Sleeps 12 comfortably and can accommodate up to 13 with futon. - Technology: Ultra-fast Wifi, Nest Thermostat, SMART TV with YouTube TV (including ESPN, HGTV, Food Network and more). - All the comforts of home: We provide a coffee maker, sugar, sweetener, creamer, and light breakfast snacks. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, Insta-pot, kettle, toaster, dinnerware and utensils. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the bathroom. There is an onsite washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. - Kid friendly: Got kids? We do too! Child-friendly items (toys, books, board games, pack and play, plastic plates and utensils, etc.) have been provided. Note that while the property is kid friendly it is not necessarily child-proof. - Pet friendly: Dogs are subject to host approval and require a $50 pet fee per pet to cover additional cleaning costs. We have a big, fully fenced backyard that your dogs are free to roam in. You are responsible to clean up pet waste in the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Contactless check-in via key coded door locks. The door code will be provided to you one day prior to your check-in date, along with detailed check-in and check-out instructions. You can park two cars in the driveway, along with plenty of additional street parking. The entire house is available for your use except the garage and the locked owner's closets. Please do not park in the garage. Guests have access to the whole home. Check in is simple! We will have a keyless entry deadbolt with a unique code for your use during your stay. We are near: -IMS Speedway - 3.1 miles away - Downtown (Lucas Oil Stadium - Colts), Indiana Convention center, Victory Field- 13 miles away and 18 minute drive variable based on traffic conditions. - Indy Racing Experience - 5.1 miles away - Indianapolis Zoo - 7.7 miles away - The Children's Museum of Indianapolis - 11 miles away You can park 2 cars in the driveway. Additional street parking is available. We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to trip cancellations, interruptions, or inconveniences caused due to unforeseeable weather conditions; therefore, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of weather events that would make roads impassable to vehicles or the property uninhabitable due to damages caused by natural disasters. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties and large, loud gatherings. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Please note: We do not provide ice or filtered water for drinking. We ask that you do not use the indoor fireplace and the garage. We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Any moving, removing, and/or tampering with the security cameras will result in a fee of $500. Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly home. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on other furniture and must be crated if left alone in the house. An additional fee will be charged to repair/replace any items that are damaged or cleaning complications that may arise due to the pets. No other pets are allowed unless previously agreed to by the host. Each dog, up to 2 dogs, will be $50 each. Must be 21 years of age to book. COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.
