Welcome to this renovated open concept house. Each bedroom has a queen bed and connecting bath. The house also has a loft area/game room where a day bed is located along with a pull out trundle bed. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, perfect for cooking family dinners. The fenced in backyard provides privacy and includes an in-ground pool with a sun ledge and lounge chairs along with a hot tub on the deck. The pool has 3 levels (4 if you include the sun ledge) perfect for kids and adults to enjoy! There is also an outdoor dining area along with a gas fire pit to sit back and relax and enjoy the outdoors. The road the house is on has some pot holes and speed bumps so drive slowly. Whole house and yard with the exception of the basement and garage. Please contact me with any help or issues throughout your stay. Parking in driveway good for 4 cars. Permitted to park along street as long as it’s not blocking traffic coming in or out. There is an extra $25/day fee if you would like the pool to be heated. The pool will be available starting June 1st - Oct 1. Unless otherwise communicated. It is not open during winter months. Absolutely no parties. Only the guests on the reservation are permitted on the premises including children. No animals. There are toiletries provided for your arrival to get you started. However, The guests are responsible for these items for the duration of the stay. (Ex toilet paper, paper towels, etc) Please be gentle with hot tub cover. There will be a $500 fee if any damage is done. Do not put weight or sit on hot tub cover. New hydraulic cover lift installed but still needs handled with care. Nothing sharp allowed in pool including glass and children’s toys. No moving white pool loungers located on the inside of the pool sun ledge. Any holes in liner will also result in a $500 fee.
