Beautiful Vintage Cottage with Lake Erie views! Across from beautiful sunsets at Brownhelm Lakefront Park with a small beach. Close to Farm Market, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and downtown Vermilion. Enjoy the comforts of home while experiencing all that Lake Erie shores has to offer! Use as home base for boating, fishing, and vacationing at Cedar Point, Lake Erie Islands, Kalahari, Port Clinton to west, Lorain and Cleveland to the east! The space Ranch design, 3 parking spaces, outdoor patio with grill and furniture, fire pit, central air. TVs in two of the bedrooms. 4 Camp chairs provided. Please bring your own beach towels and firewood. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 queen, 1 full, & 1 sofa bed ) and 2 full baths. Kitchen is fully appointed with cooking essentials. Driveway has 3 available parking spaces which could include a boat. Other things to note We decorate for seasons and/or holidays. Guests with babies and young children have access to a pack-n-play, high chair, wagon, umbrella stroller, toddler tables and toys. There are also children's sippy cups, bibs, and dinnerware in the cupboards. We even have an attached drop down potty seat on one of the toilets!
