The house is located in the ancient village of Gombitelli 500 meters above sea level and surrounded by the woods of the Apuan Regional Park: oasis of peace and relaxation where you can practice biking or hiking activities for relaxing nature walks or hikes at the top of the Apuan Alps. You can easily reach the beaches of Versilia by car (Viareggio 17 km) or important Tuscan capitals full of historical-artistic beauties such as Lucca (24 km) and Pisa (37 km). The space Characteristic stone residence of the 19th century completely renovated, however, maintaining the appearance and original materials such as terracotta floors, stone kitchen and typical wooden beamed ceilings; the house that can currently accommodate 4 people, is spread over 82 square meters on 3 levels with a double exclusive entrance (one side street and one raised with balcony): on the medium level we find the dining area with kitchen and fireplace equipped for barbecue, a characteristic and spacious living room with exposed stone walls, a disengagement and a bedroom with two single beds (can be combined upon request), on the upper floor the other bedroom with double bed and on the lower floor there is a fire pit and large bathroom. Other things to note The village is completely pedestrian so you need to park (free of charge) the car in the pitch at one of the two entrances of the country (larger one on the side of the Church of San Michele). In the village there is a sale of charcuterie, cheeses, pasta and other typical products and a restaurant bar that also organizes themed musical evenings; in addition, two excellent local restaurants can be reached by car by car, but if you want to consume full meals in the house we recommend stocking before arriving in the village as there are no supermarkets in the area (the closest is on the road to Lucca 12 km away).
