You'll have your own private room and private bathroom, but have access to shared spaces like the tv room, Library and kitchen. We have a lovely garden space that can be enjoyed on a nice sunny day. Walthamstow Central Station is just a 4 min walk away (Victoria Line) and will get you into central London in 15-20 minutes.
