Hi, the cottage is going through change of ownerships. My co-host Molly will be the main point of contact from now. This property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Tucked away down a private lane and surrounded by trees, at 6 Parkham Terrace you can easily forget you’re situated only a stones throw from Brixham Harbour and many of the stunning bays that are on offer. Just a few minutes walking takes you to Brixham Harbour where you'll find several pubs and restaurant. The space The property has an open plan downstairs with kitchen, living, and dining all in one large open area. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with a walk-in shower along with two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a small double. Off the back of the smaller bedroom is a sunroom that opens to the rear couryard. Guest access All areas are accessible. Other things to note Kitchen essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, herbs) and toiletries are provided
