Small inn on the southern island/Yo Hak, Ichinokoya
Description
When booking, please fill in the required information under "When booking"] We value communication before your stay, and we aim to be a comfortable place to stay where we can respect each other Not spacious It's not gorgeous Not convenient No excessive services However, we aim to be cozy Seeking something special in something special, or the ordinary in the special, or looking for something special in everyday life. And a place where you can "do nothing". This is a cabin space (about 10 ㎡) at the inn, "Margins," in the abundant nature near Miyara River on Ishigaki Island. The toilet, washroom, and shower (no bathtub) are shared. We plan to install a shared kitchen, but it is not yet available. There are no shops nearby, so it is not a convenient location, but you can kayak among the mangroves and see the starry sky just a few minutes walk from the sea and river. There is a pleasant promenade with trees in front of the house. Please consider carefully if you are not good with insects because it is surrounded by nature. Please take care of any insects yourself. No smoking, including heated tobacco, indoors or outdoors. To help prevent any misunderstandings, please read the details below. The space The facility, "Marge", consists of Hanare (1 building) and Koya (2 buildings). This is the Koya reservation page. If you'd like to stay in Hanare, a private building with a kitchen and water, you can't book it on this page. For more information about Hanare, please check the link on this page. We can't post a link here, but you can find it in the Yohaku profile. Please note that if you book through a booking site, a fee will be added, so it is better to book through the website or Instagram (@yohaku__________). Here is an introduction to Koya. The capacity is 2 people, and it is like a lodge. The interior is about 10 ㎡, and there is also a wooden deck terrace and a small private garden. The two coya buildings are exactly the same. The two buildings are adjacent to each other and you can see each other's garden. Please note that although it is separated by plants, it has not grown to the point where it can be hidden. Please contact us if you are concerned that the plants will grow and block the view. The futon is a double size set, so please use it as a couple or husband and wife. Children sleeping next to their parents are also welcome. There is no water supply in the room. Toilets, showers, and washing areas are provided in the shared water building outside. The fridge, washer, and dryer are also in the shared water building. We provide towels and shampoo. Please bring pajamas and toothbrushes with you. In order to reduce waste as much as possible, we ask that you use soap even if there is a small amount left. Please refrain from using your own soap and shampoo to avoid the environmental burden of wastewater treatment. We provide drinking water, so please refrain from purchasing plastic bottles as much as possible. Please also bring your own bottles. There is no TV. I think the wifi is weak. We use lanterns (2) for lighting so you can enjoy the lodge-like atmosphere. Some people may be worried about the brightness, but it's not a problem for reading. As for the kitchen, we plan to install shared items in the future, but they are not yet available, so you cannot cook for yourself. Unlike a hotel, we don't have a 24-hour front desk, but we're here to help make your trip memorable. Please use it as if it were your own private villa. If you need any assistance during your stay, please let us know and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, but please understand that we may be late for assistance when we are away or late at night. We aim to provide a space where people mainly in their 30s and older can spend time calmly and quietly. Children are also welcome, but please note that the sleeping space is in the loft, so you will need to go up and down stairs. Please also let us know the age of your minor child at time of booking. Koya is not a barrier-free structure, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but if you have a physical disability or extremely weak legs, please consider staying at Hanare. (Hanare is not barrier-free, but it is easier to handle than Koya, and we will also cooperate) We do not allow anyone other than those included in the reservation to enter the room. We also generally do not allow room tours. Please let me know if you need to. Our home (Jitaku) is right next door. There are 3 children, and of course we are considerate, but sometimes they may be noisy. We appreciate your understanding. Guest access You are welcome to use the Koya room and shared water area freely. Other things to note It's far from the city. There are no restaurants, supermarkets, or convenience stores nearby. Think of it as a place to just relax and unwind. The Yaeyama Islands do not have a high capacity for waste disposal. Please help us reduce garbage. Please bring your own bottle if you can. Please do not buy sandals, snorkels, leisure sheets, etc. during your trip and throw them away after only using them a few times, as this is not compatible with our thinking. Please be considerate of the environment. At Marge, we value our interactions with our guests before they stay. This is because we can understand your needs and propose a more specific itinerary by repeatedly interacting with you, rather than just booking and completing it in a few clicks. We want you to make the best memories and return home with the time and money you've spent, so please let us know if you have any questions. In order to make it a pleasant space and a comfortable time for both parties, we have described it in as much detail as possible below. There is nothing worse than a mismatch. Please read it before your stay. We'll also send you information and questions from here at the time of booking. If you're registering with a disposable email address, I think it would be convenient to have the Airbnb app. * When booking (you can also book from the website and Instagram) Please let me know about the following 6 items. 1. Full name of all guests (in kanji) 2. Phone number (we may contact you by SMS/it's okay if we can't send it) 3. Check-in time (Check-in is between 4 pm and sunset) 4. Transportation to the accommodation Car rental, bus, etc. 5. If you have children, the number of children and their ages (for preschool children, 1 child per 2 adults, and up to 2 children per adult, children in elementary school and above are counted as adults) 6. Please make sure you fully understand the description of this facility and share it with your companions. We also ask that you be considerate of the environment by reducing waste. * About the location It is located between the airport and the city, and it takes about 20 minutes by car to get to the city. No shops nearby. If you want to enjoy a drink at a restaurant at night, you'll need to use a designated driver or taxi. There is a bus stop nearby, with one bus every 30 minutes, but the last bus out of the city departs before 9 pm. * Check-in and parking It gets very dark at night and the road is hard to see, so Please check in while it's still light out. We'll send you directions as your stay gets closer. * We are currently doing construction on the neighboring property, and you may be able to see construction vehicles from the window or hear them. Please understand. ※ About the plane Depending on the wind direction, planes may fly directly over the house. The first flight is around 8 am and the last flight is around 8:30 pm. I think it's okay if you can close the windows, but please note that there are individual differences and some people are sensitive to sound. (Recommended for children and airplane lovers!) Similarly, the sound of cicadas in the summer is quite loud, but I think you won't notice them if you're inside the room. (Bring it for insect catching) * About the communication environment Please note that the WiFi is a bit weak. It is not suitable for workcation. If you are using the workspace, please use the "Hanare" listed above. * Eating Meals are not provided. There are few restaurants nearby, and there are almost no restaurants open for dinner. We encourage you to check in first, get a feel for the place, and then have dinner in the city. There are also shops that offer takeout. In that case, we will lend you a tupperware container, so please help us reduce waste. You can also go to the market and cook in the kitchen. However, please only purchase what you can use. We also sell vegetables and rice in bulk. The type of vegetables changes from time to time. It takes about 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bus to get to the city. * About smoking No smoking on the premises (including heated tobacco products). * Television There is no TV. * About trash The garbage problem is serious on remote islands. Garbage processing capacity is never high. We appreciate your cooperation in minimizing trash during your stay in the Yaeyama Islands. Bring your own bottles and don't buy drinks in plastic bottles or plastic cups to reduce waste. We also provide drinking water. Marine pollution is also a serious problem. A lot of sunscreen applied to the body washes into the sea. Please also consider using naturally derived products. * About amenities and pajamas Due to the above circumstances, we do not provide disposable items. Please bring your own toothbrushes, hair brushes, razors, etc. Pajamas are also not provided. In order to reduce waste as much as possible, we ask that you use soap even if there is a small amount left. Since there is no sewer, there is an environmental impact when disposing of wastewater. To reduce the environmental impact of drainage, please refrain from using your own soap and shampoo. ※ Please bring your own bottle We provide bottles of drinking water, so please cooperate in reducing plastic bottles and bringing your own bottles. ※ About damage and contamination If something on the premises is damaged or contaminated, you may be asked to pay for the cost of restoring it to its original condition. There are also delicate items such as pottery in the room. Please be careful when handling them. * Posts to social media and review sites Posts are welcome as long as the address cannot be identified. If you tag/mention our Instagram page (@yohaku__________) in your post, we may share it. Please let us know at time of booking if you are using it for commercial purposes (such as using it as a studio or posting on Youtube). We want to be a good neighbor to everyone. Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with during your stay. Registration Details Hotels and Inns Business Act | 八重山保健所 | 八保第R4-19号
