Lets start with the area where you will spend the most time in the condo – the spacious deck. Located on the second floor, the deck is more like an additional living area with a comfortable lounge sectional and custom wrap around bar. Whether relaxing on the sectional or eating breakfast on the bar you can enjoy the panoramic ocean scene playing below. From your lofty vantage point you’ll enjoy watching surfers catching waves, families playing in the sand or sailboats out on the water. Pacific Pearl is an especially great condo for sunset viewing as you’ll see the color paint the sky not only above the waves but through the harbor boats and lighthouse as well. As stunning as the deck and view are in Pacific Pearl, the interior is just as beautifully designed to ensure you feel relaxed and pampered on your beach vacation. The owner of G312 is a designer/professional stager who carefully thought out the flow, functionality and esthetics of each area. Upon entering the condo and walking into the main floor you’ll find the remodeled kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you’ll need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your getaway. Enjoy your meals outside on the deck or at the beautiful coastal dining table that seats 6 with three additional spaces at the kitchen bar. Continuing through the dining area you’ll find the living room with ample seating for all. The extra-wide sofa is a custom piece that allows for more comfortable lounging and relaxation simply by pulling out the extended pieces turning the sofa into a lounge bed (see pictures). For entertainment feel free to enjoy the games provided in the buffet console or watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen mounted on the wall which is a Smart TV. Login to your Netflix, Disney+ or Hulu accounts and stay up to date on your favorite shows. For the occasional cold winter day – or to create an ambiance – enjoy the warming glow of the fireplace. The main floor balcony in shrouded by green foliage to provide privacy and a sound barrier from the nearby Amtrak coaster. Having the coaster train nearby is a part of California coastal living and we recommend jumping on at the nearby station to enjoy a ride! For those sensitive to noise who wish to leave the balcony door and windows open at night for the breeze we provide a white noise machine and ear plugs for your convenience. There are ample sleeping configurations provided throughout the condo to accommodate a variety of group dynamics. Both bedrooms have large flat screen TVs mounted on the wall with cable channel packages. The main level bedroom has two queen beds with personal reading lights for each bed and a large dresser. The upstairs loft has a queen over queen bunkbed with an additional air mattress provided. The upstairs loft also serves as a great lounge area with the reading chair by the fire, large bean bag chair, and comfortable couch and ottoman. This is a condo with multiple gathering areas both indoors and out! We want you to have a magical beach vacation which is why we've also stocked the condo with beach towels, sand toys, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards. The owner has also provided a beach wagon and cooler to make your trips to and from the beach a little easier! If you haven't tried boogie boarding in California waves, then you're in for a treat! Oceanside's waves are world renowned and you'll see surfers catching the "big ones" in the mornings or on a particularly big wave day. Even children love boogie boarding on the smaller waves close to the shore. During your vacation in G312 you'll make memories that last a lifetime. The owner of the condo has gone above and beyond to provide you with additional supplies for fun throughout the complex. These are typically not provided and need to be rented from security. They include BBQ utensils, billiard balls/cues, and ping-pong paddles with balls. The complex grounds are groomed to perfection and exhibits a very tropical lush feel! You will love taking a stroll within the gated grounds and exploring the little streams, koi ponds, fountains, and hidden alcoves. The complex is also equipped with two heated swimming pools, two hot tubs, a commercial grilling station, game room, sauna, weight and cardio room, and several laundry facilities. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation. ACTIVITIES: With the beach and harbor so close there are many activities within walking distance of the condo.
