Because our cost are so low, and this is a four bedroom home we may have to adjust the number of rooms available according to the number of guests booked. Using all rooms when 4 or less guests are booked may incur additional fees. We strive to keep all our cleaning fees, linen fees, and utilities as low as possible to pass the savings on to you. For your privacy all rooms and bathroom are equipped with locks that can be locked from the inside and outside. All lock features can be disengaged if necessary. Other things to note Please note that we are not responsible for airbnb service fees and taxes. We only collect our rooms/guests charges and cleaning fees. Our charges include a base price plus a cleaning fee. For instant, if our base price is $160.00 your cost would be $40 per room. To realize your savings you can take the base price, plus the cleaning fees, times the number of days booked, divided by 4 Example: 1 person for 7 nights would be 160x7=1120+175(cleaning fees)=1295÷4 (bedrooms)=324.75÷7=46.25 (cost per room per night).
