Electricity, a full kitchen, with running hot/cold water, an electric fireplace, your own secluded fire pit, NEW outhouse, as well as an indoor bucket potty in case. The space Most of the comforts of home nestled back in the woods. This cabin has everything you need for time alone, as a couple or with a friend. Small kitchenette with cooking equipment and utensils, kitchen table seats four, loft for sleeping and desk space if you need it. Wifi hotspot available upon request. Born as an eco-spiritual retreat center, we hold this land and space in high regard. We encourage our guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Walk the trails or labyrinths on our 35 acres (Air & Sun Acres) or the neighboring 90 acres to the south (Morningstar Retreat Center). We share the opportunities to wander with our friends for a seamless experience for our guest and theirs. Overall 125 acres of woods, creek, garden, and nature await you. The White Pine Linear State Park is only a few steps away an is a paved pathway of over 90 miles stretching from Grand Rapids to Cadillac. Plan a bike excursion and stay here on the way! Guest access When you book you'll have the whole cabin and close surrounding area to yourself. Wi-fi is available upon advanced request. Other things to note We trust that as you make the choice to join us for a time of retreat, you recognize that there are inherent risks to being in the wilderness and to retreating in simple, rustic cabins. In addition, the cabins and land have been tended and held as sacred space for over three decades to serve those seeking healing, wholeness, and love.
