Full kitchen. A large balcony for relaxing or meals has a side ocean view and catches a glimpse of the bay. Convenient private parking underneath for 2 cars. Lots of activities and restaurants in walking distance. Great for families. Summer rentals are Sat-Sat mid-June until mid-Aug. The space Our building (Silver Shell) is a sought after masonry building with only 6 units making it quiet and relaxing. Our unit is very comfy and has a beachy feel and décor with windows on 3 sides and a view of the ocean from the balcony. Our 2nd floor unit allows for a nice view walking up only 2 flights of stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a queen and double in the master bedroom and a double and twin (plus top bunk twin) in the 2nd bedroom. Guests who bring their own linens and towels will have linen fee refunded (please alert owner at least 1 week prior to arrival). You must bring your own beach towels. The unit includes a washer/dryer. Beach items are included for your use in the shed on the balcony. An outdoor shower is available under the building for after the beach. 125+ cable channels on TV. Note the building has no elevator but you only need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Guest access Front door has a keypad. The code will be provided prior to arrival. There are 2 parking spaces underneath/behind building in a private fenced lot marked 202 for our guests to use. Please do not park in other spots. Free parking is available on the street for any visitors. Other things to note Monthly rentals permitted (with extra utility charge) but must check with owner first.
