Welcome to our recently remodeled home in downtown Occoquan, VA. The house was built in 1901 features original windows. Please note all bedroom windows are not be able to open. All living quarter and bedrooms are located on the second floor. There are 3 bedrooms available for guests. This listing is one of our economical guest bedrooms and shared bathroom (with other 1 bedroom guest.) The room features queen bed with soft and comfortable bedding, and 4 pillows and office desk and chair. The space We recently opened a comfortable and clean guest bedroom that is perfect for short term stay. Our room has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay, including a queen-sized bed with luxuriously soft bedding and armoire storage for your personal items. Our home location: Our home is in very unique location which is in a middle of the beautiful historic town of Occoquan! You will experience the rich history of this charming town. As you settle into the room, take some time to explore Historic Occoquan and Occoquan river on foot and pay a visit to the delightful cafes, restaurants, gallery, shopping with small indipendent businesses and beer garden, just minutes away from our house. There are also several major highways located nearby, making travel easy and convenient.
