The farm of Klyvvikje

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Here, your shoulders will relax as you enter the seter. It has timber walls and charm. Our farm was built in the 1940s, for farm girls who took care of the cows in the summer. It has a simple standard with solar power systems, a small kitchen and toilet. There is a short distance to the mountain peaks, Bruviknipa and Olsnessåta. This is a unique opportunity to experience Norwegian nature, in an original seter. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot. The space The cabin is located in a natural area with two other cabins. You have a view of the mountain Bruviknipa. The cabin is simply equipped, with 12 volt power. There is a fridge and cold water in the spring (which comes from the roof). It may be an advantage to bring drinking water, if you do not want to drink roof water. In this beautiful mountain area there are plenty hiking opportunities. You can go on a top trip to Bruviknipa, Olsnessåta, Rispingen and several mountain peaks. Bruvik city center is 10 minutes away by car. Here you will find a shop, laundry facilities and more. At the community center in Bruvik there is a football/tennis court and mini golf.
