Budget room with 135 cm double bed, desk, wardrobe, smart TV (no cable TV). View on the inner courtyard. Old but maintained apartment on the 2nd floor. Basic kitchen tools and bathroom amenities can all be used. These are shared with 3 other rooms. Each room has a lock. There is no washing machine to use but a launderette 1 min away. CHECK IN UNTIL 21:00 MAX OTHERWISE AT 6AM THE NEXT DAY! To summarize: Comfortable and budget friendly place to stay if you accept basic standards and are clean. The space The apartment is on a second floor. It is an older apartment but we maintain it as good as we can. It is not a luxurious apartment but there is everything you need in the bathroom and the kitchen to cook. You are more than welcome to use everything you can find from shampoo to hair dryer in the bathroom; from tea, coffee, salt, pepper to vinegar and oil in the kitchen if you please keep it clean as the apartment is shared with others. There is only one bathroom. Every room has a door with a lock. We transformed the living room into a room as well. We do have a cleaner that does regular checks but we do ask for your collaboration in the cleaning matter. It is a great and budget friendly place to stay if you please collaborate and clean after yourself. Guest access You access the appartment block via the front door and then take the stairs. If you are not able to walk up stairs at all, then I would advise you look for a different place During your stay We will meet you to hand you the keys in person. We are usually very responsive on the chat or by phone if needed. Both our phone numbers are on the fridge if you need them. Other things to note We do have a cleaner that comes very regularly but the most important house rule is the cleanliness. We do ask you please to leave the kitchen and the bathroom as you find it as these are shared. There is one bathroom only. This means: When you take a shower, please do not leave the bathroom totally wet; there is a mop you can use to quickly mop the floor; When you cook, please clean your pots and plates after you use them. We will be strict with that and send you reminder, not because we want to be the police but because the house is shared with others.
