It is NOT to be disconnected or removed from the pool, as this can cause the vacuum and cleaning system to burn out, resulting in a $500 repair cost. Please note, there is a $500 fine for manually using or displacing the vacuum from its location Guest access As our guest, you will have full access to the entire property, including the living areas, bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE: Traveling in California during Fire Season (June to November) As we approach fire season in California, which typically runs from June to November, we want to ensure your safety and the protection of our properties. Please note that burning any type of fire outside will not be allowed at our properties during this time. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or trip protection to cover any unforeseen circumstances related to wildfires, such as evacuations, property damage, or trip cancellations. By taking this precaution, you can enjoy your trip with peace of mind, knowing that you're protected in case of any unexpected events. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. COVID-19 SANITIZATION: The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priority. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to ensure the cleanliness of our property. PET-FRIENDLY HOME: Our home is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along on your vacation. They'll love exploring the spacious backyard and relaxing on the comfy patio. Please note that there is a fee of $100 for the first two pets that you bring with you. If you have more than two pets, there will be an additional charge of $50 for each pet after the first two. NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We ask that you treat our home as your own and refrain from hosting any parties or events. This helps us preserve the property's pristine condition for future guests and your own return visits. NO UNBOOKED/UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Please inform the owner or property manager if you have any unregistered visitors. Events or large gatherings on the property without prior written approval are not permitted and will be considered false pretense. This may result in the forfeit of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party may not be permitted to check in or may be required to leave the property. DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available for an additional fee. Please inquire about this service if you are interested. NO FIREWORKS, FIREARMS, DRONES, OR RV'S: For safety reasons, fireworks, firearms, drones, and RV's are not allowed on the property.
