Outdoor cabin in the middle of the forest

In the middle of the deciduous forest! In a peaceful location by a gravel road with little traffic, this outdoor cottage has room for many. 15-minute walk from Skånes Djurpark and Vaxsjön with nice swimming opportunities. Lots of hiking trails, Skåneleden passes outside the house. Fishing lakes. Small patio under the roof, as well as a larger pavilion with barbecue area outside. Large room, kitchen and two double rooms, as well as 4 sleeping cubicles with 3 bunk beds in each. Maybe you want to cook over an open fire when today's nature experiences are over? The space The house, which was built in 1983, is approximately 96 sqm, solid and well-insulated. A spacious and well-functioning accommodation for those who want to stay in the heart of nature. On the backside of the house, there is an exit through a patio door. There are no stairs, but a small wooden ramp where you can roll things in and out of the house. Here you come out to the pavilion, a large patio under a roof with rustic benches and tables. Under the tree between the house and the pavilion is a fireplace with a grill. On the porch that forms the entrance at the front of the house, there is a patio under the roof. There are two benches and a table made of rustic wood. The large room is about 40 sqm and accommodates 2 dining tables with chairs. A large one that 10 people can sit around, and a smaller folding table with 3 chairs. In the large room there is also a large but not so beautiful desk, sofa with coffee table and TV. Stove with fan, and air heat pump. Firewood can be bought from us. Available TV channels are SVT1, SVT2, Kunskapskanalen and TV4. The bedrooms and sleeping areas are located along both long sides of the large room. One bedroom with 2 90x200 cm beds next to each other. Door to close. One bedroom with 1 90x200 cm bed, and a wall-mounted bed 80x200 cm. Door to close. Four sleeping cubicles, each with a 3-bed bunk bed. The beds are 80x200 cm and 80x190 cm, respectively. All the 80 cm wide wall-mounted beds are equipped with comfortable, pressure-relieving mattresses. The sleeping booths have had doors to close in early July 2024. None of the bedrooms have their own heat source. For each sleeping place, there are duvets and pillows. Bring your own bedclothes. In exceptional cases, bed linen can be rented from us, send inquiry. In the kitchen, there is a large set of plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs and a whole lot of utensils. The water heater is 160 liters. This may mean that the hot water is not enough if there are many people who will shower directly after each other. Then you have to wait a bit until new water has been heated. Functional and spacious accommodation with room for improvement on the aesthetics. No surfaces have been renewed since the house was built and are worn in some parts. The house was built to be used as an outdoor camp for children and young people with originally 24 beds in the form of 3-bed bunk beds. We have converted 4 of the original sleeping areas into 2 double rooms. Limited window areas help keep the indoor temperature at a comfortable level during hot summer days. One of Skåneleden's wind shelters is located on our property. We are waiting for solar panels, which is why there is a scaffolding along one long side of the house. At the foot of the volcano that was active 80-170 million years ago, about 100 meters further up the hill, is a house that we have renovated.
