Other things to note Before and During Your Stay: Please complete the pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions before check-in. Upon arrival, please check in at our reception to register. Once completed, you’ll receive your unit access code and entry instructions. Towels are refreshed on Tuesdays and Saturdays upon request. A brief unit inspection takes place every 4 days. A $300 refundable security deposit is required. Air conditioning must remain on throughout your stay to prevent mold caused by humidity.
