Enjoy easy access to popular attractions in Glenfinnan at a stunning location in the heart of the Highland known as the most romantic and inspiring scenery in Scotland. This getaway is the perfect place to rest and get a peaceful sleep in a private super king size bedroom. It`s just a short walk away from the Glenfinnan train station, Glenfinnan dining car, also in walking distance are Church of St. Mary & St Finnan, Glenfinnan viaduct, Glenfinnan Monument and the Glenfinnan visitor Centre. The space You can be sure of a most comfortable nights sleep in a lovely cosy room with a generous super king size bed and a private bathroom with both bath and shower. The private bathroom is not en suite but exclusively for guest use. The super king size bed can be divided in two single beds. Please give me a message a day in advance if you prefer the single bed option. Guest access Guests can access the room and bathroom, the dining room is available for breakfast and if you would like to warm up and eat a meal, no problem but please let me know. Other things to note Glenfinnan is a small but scenic village in the Highlands with limited dining options, however there are still some great choices nearby: - The Visitor Centre Cafe (10:00-16:00) offers soups, sandwiches, cakes and takeaway treats. - The Dining Car (8:30- 16:30) offers warm food and frozen takeaway meals during the day, and evening meals on Wednesdays from 17:30 - 20:00 - Outdoor BBQ at the Glenfinnan House Hotel (April- Sept, every day from 12:00 - 17:00. - The Glenfinnan House Hotel serves meals in both the bar (more casual) Bar Lunch Menu 11:30- 18:00 ; Bar Dinner Menu 18:00- 21:00 and the restaurant Dinner Menu 18:00 - 21:00, Please book a table - and the Princes House may offer dinner again soon as it changes management. - Alternative option: You can also order food online from the local ARDSHEALACH SMOKEHOUSE. ( Please visit website: smokedproduce) Orders placed by 3pm will be delivered to the house around your check-in time.
