RIVA HOUSE is a modern three-storey flat. It consists of an open-plan living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The space RIVA HOUSE is a tasteful and modern flat in a characteristic house in the centre of Colonno. Arranged on three floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with sofa bed, next to it a double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with large shower. On the second floor open space living area and kitchen. TV area and dining table with a small but functional kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. On the third floor is a large and bright attic bedroom with TV area and en suite bathroom with shower. The flat, with Wi-Fi available throughout the house, can accommodate up to 5 people. It does not have air conditioning but fans are available. The flat can only be reached on foot and has no private parking space. Public parking spaces are located approximately 500 metres away. Guest access RIVA HOUSE is located in the most historic and characteristic part of the centre of Colonno, which is why it can only be reached on foot. Public car parks are 500 metres away: from the nearest car park you have to walk up a steep road with steps. We would like to point out that this is not a suitable place for those with mobility problems, and for your convenience, we recommend light luggage. We recommend the use of a car to reach the village of Colonno and the parking area. Other things to note All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night. In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 8.00 / Day. It is forbidden not to sort waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.
