You've found the perfect place to spend the 70s as you ponder wearing bell-bottoms to hike LeConte, "Godfather Part II", Watergate and how the internet might be in 40 years or so. This is a studio loft condo designed for 2 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies like it looked in 1974. However, it's totally today with your own private wifi and cable TV. There is a dinette set for two and definitely a coffee maker! NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed. The condo is about 350 square feet located on the 1st of 3 floors. The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.
