Studio Urbanite is a welcoming studio apartment, ideal for those seeking a modern and vibrant experience in the heart of Málaga. Its central location allows you to explore the city on foot, offering style and functionality in a single space. Guest access The apartment is in a building with an elevator and a community pool. The swimming pool is open year-round from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, except for the fair week when it will be closed. The pool code is 0314# Other things to note The pool will be closed from August 16 to 25, 2024 Check-in on December 24th and December 31st is available until 6:00 PM (18:00). The standard check-out time is 11:00 AM (11:00). If you need a late check-out, please enquire about availability. If possible, we will send you a link to book this service: until 1:00 PM (13:00) the cost is €25 until 2:00 PM (14:00) the cost is €30 and after 2:00 PM (14:00) the cost is €50. Payment will be made directly to the accommodation via a payment link. We also offer a Baby Pack: a travel cot with sheets included costs €5 per day, and a high chair (trona) costs €3 per day. The apartment includes courtesy products such as water, coffee, shower gel, and shampoo, but these items are not restocked during your stay. Please note that the apartments do not include salt or oil for cooking. It is important to remember that we are a short-term rental property and, as such, courtesy products (a welcome kit) are provided for the start of your stay. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish these products according to their particular needs throughout their visit.
