Fantastic house, great views, wallbox

The vacation home is located on an elevated location on Lateinberg. An ideal place for rest, togetherness and relaxation in any season. Hikes directly from the house into the beautiful surroundings are possible. A magnificent view of the gentle hills of southern Styria with views to the Slovenian border. Away from everyday life, stress and hectic pace, and yet in about 5 - 15 minutes important shops, pharmacies, MTB rental stations and the regional culinary highlights can be reached. The space The house, built in 1960, was extensively renovated, modernized and redesigned with a lot of love for detail. A refuge was created that meets a high standard to feel really comfortable. Great importance was attached to using almost exclusively natural and ecological materials. All bedrooms have been designed differently and feature 100% natural latex mattresses. The electrical lines in the bedrooms are shielded to make the stay as pleasant as possible for electrosmog-sensitive guests. The two bedrooms on the upper floor each have a 1.60 m double bed with dimmable reading lamps and USB charging. On the upper floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower, freestanding bathtub, two sinks and a large mirror. The bed in the single room on the first floor is 100 cm wide. Right next to it is a shower room with toilet. The living and dining area is about 45 m² and has a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, oven, blender, hand mixer, toaster, coffee maker, ceramic stovetop with recessed fan, wine refrigerator) Guest access The entire house, terrace and garden are at your disposal. The property is not fenced in order to fully enjoy the great view and the flair of the landscape. Other things to note Sustainability: Guests have access to a car e-charging station (Wallbox). The first load is free. The house is electrically supplied with a PV system and the additional requirement is 100% covered with green electricity. The garden irrigation and toilet flushes are operated with a rainwater cistern and a modern filter and pump system. The house has been modernized, among other things, with the highest quality 3-fold glazed windows and a 16 cm wood fiber facade insulation to significantly reduce energy consumption. The new pellet heating system is powered by local pellets. The photovoltaic system will also be operating shortly. Excess electricity goes into a heater to heat the water tank. The whole house has special underfloor heating for more sustainability. The used materials are predominantly from Austria or from the region. The craftsmen and companies were from the region and even from the neighborhood.
