The space The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub—perfect for unwinding after a busy day! The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from quick breakfasts to elaborate dinners. Gather around the 6-person dining table, or enjoy a casual meal at the bar seating for 3. Step outside to the outdoor dining area where you can savor meals while soaking in the views of the surrounding landscape! Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find the Transept Trailhead, where you can start your adventure! When you’re ready to explore even further, Uptown and West Sedona are only 20 minutes away, as well as Cornville's wineries and the historic charm of Old Town Cottonwood! The property also offers convenient amenities like a washer/dryer, secured parking for 2 cars in the garage, and additional parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. When you’re ready to venture out, you’ll be close to some of the best spots: > 3 Min. to Clark's Market & Pharmacy > 9 Min. to Bell Rock Trailhead > 8 Min. to Baldwin Trailhead & Creek (Cathedral Rock) Guest access You will have access to the entire home except the locked supply closet in the master bedroom. Other things to note This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am. There is 1 security camera located at the front entry to the house, the purpose of this camera is to prevent parties and unregistered guests in the home.
