Each suite features high ceilings, gorgeous tall windows, a convenient kitchenette with all basic amenities, a queen bed and pull-out sofa, and a spacious bathroom with a roomy shower. The space Reservation price includes 13% VAT (Costa Rica Goods and Services Tax) Why you'll love staying here: Nimbus Suites are ONE-room suites suitable for small family groups or those travelling on a budget. The Nimbus Sol suite is very special as it features a beautiful balcony overlooking our garden area. Each suite includes a kitchenette with a spacious counter, coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave and basic amenities for a family or group of four, plus nice little extras like free delicious Costa Rican coffee as well as basic extras such as sugar, sweetener, and spices. The living area has a queen bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a stylish sofa bed with a full-size mattress, 20' ceilings, and plenty of natural light that comes in from the custom-made windows. Each suite has a large bathroom with a beautiful standing shower, lovely countertop sinks, and plenty of storage space for toiletries. Nimbus Suites are located next to and below Hola India Restaurant, a favorite restaurant of Manuel Antonio visitors with its delicious food and attentive servers. All guests of Nimbus Suites receive 20% off food at Hola India as well as a free welcome drink. Guest access Nimbus Suites are comprised of three suites that are easily accessed by a walkway alongside Hola India Restaurant. *Guests will need to walk down a short flight of cement steps. NOTE: We do not have parking, but there is free parking along the street, and parking is safe as long as you keep valuables out of sight. As we are in a very central location in town, getting around is very easy and inexpensive by bus and/or foot, and as well, taxis and ride-shares are easily obtainable. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: 1: Next door to us there is an empty private lot with tall weeds, scattered trash and a mound of dirt from occasional machine activity. It's an eyesore, it's NOT pretty, but it's not our land, so we have no control of what the owner is doing over there with his 'landscaping' project. Thankfully, NONE of what's happening next door affects the beauty, comfort, cleanliness or safety of our apartment suites, which look exactly as shown in our photos. 2: This suite is next to a popular restaurant. Guests staying in this suite might hear conversation/restaurant sounds during restaurant hours. 3: We do NOT offer parking. Parking is owned by the restaurant and reserved for restaurant patrons. (There IS free street parking up and down the street, and your car will be safe as long as you do not leave your car unlocked and/or valuables in sight.) For those who are not renting a car: Buses pick up and drop off passengers in front of our property from early morning until around 9:30 PM. The buses go to town, the national park, and the beaches. They are reliable, inexpensive, and comfortable. There are also taxis, Ubers, and ride-shares, and many places, including some beaches, are within walking distance. 4: We are surrounded by tropical forest and plants, which are home to many kinds of animals, including insects. These little creatures can squeeze under any door or window if they want to, so please keep your suite tidy, wipe up crumbs, don't leave food out, and don't let the trash bin get too full, or you will attract unwanted guests. 5: Costa Rica has a microclimate. The weather can be hot and humid one minute and then powerful rainstorms the next. We cannot control the weather. Power outages are common in the wet season, and we have no control of them and can't predict when they may happen. 6: We DO offer free concierge service, responsive & attentive hosts, an excellent location in a vibrant, safe, well-lit, and popular area, the convenience of being walking distance to many shops, restaurants, cafes, markets and the beach All our guests receive excellent customer service by a small team that genuinely cares about the comfort and enjoyment of all our visitors.
