The floor plan is open & decor is artful with no clutter but has everything you need. There is an in-law suite with its own rear entrance which is also Airbnb unit. You will not share anything with the suite guest besides parking. Please feel free to contact us with any questions! Guest access You have access to the whole home except an in-law suite which has its own rear entrance, separate HVAC, and private balcony. The in-law suite is a separate Airbnb unit so you will probably share the parking area with other guest. We have 10+ car parking space on premise. The suite is very secluded from the rest of house you won't be able to hear or see the other guest. But we do ask our guests to be mindful on noise control during their stay, especially when in upstairs bedrooms. Other things to note Registration No.: STR23-00126 1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. We are located in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events is not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 10pm - 8:00am. Only Registered guests can stay overnight. Accurate headcounts must be provided at the time of booking. Pre-approval is required for visitors . 2. Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check WITHOUT pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes. 3. Parking : Only parking on our driveway. No parking in front of any neighbor's house, nor blocking mail boxes. 5 cars is max. If more than 5 cars, please park at public parking area closeby . 4. Security Cameras : One camera with audio record on the front door, another camera over garage facing the driveway.
