A beautiful and new apartment in a very calm, safe and peaceful neighbourhood with high-speed internet. A balcony connected to the lounge allows for a great place to relax outside while overlooking the city and the sea view There are many restaurants and super markets within a 2 minute walk, while Lagos old town/beaches are only a 10 minute walk A convenient sofa-bed makes it perfect for a group of friends or family looking for an easy and relaxing getaway just outside of the busy tourist area The space The apartment is on the third floor of an old traditional building so unfortunately there is no elevator. This apartment is newly refurbished in modern style. There are 2 bathrooms within the property, each close to one of the bedrooms. The main bathroom has a bath/shower while the other has a shower. The lounge has air con, a comfortable sleeper couch and a bean bag to relax in front of the large 55” smart TV with access to all the local channels and a very fast and stable internet connection, reaching speeds up to 500Mbps. It also has a large fold-away dining table with chairs stored inside, that can easily be opened up to support five people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4-plate induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, iron, washing machine and pots/pans/cooking accessories etc. There is also a hairdryer in each of the bathrooms. The private balcony has two large comfortable chairs perfect for a relaxing start or end to the day, with a view of the ocean. Spare chairs from inside can be taken outside if extra seating is required. A place to hang clothes, washing liquid, clothes pegs and a mop/broom are also provided. Guest access You will have the entire apartment and outside balcony to yourself Other things to note I am available 24/7 and delighted to assist with any inquiries you may have. Whether you need to arrange a direct transfer to Lagos or seek cultural experiences and enjoyable activities such as boat trips to the caves, water sports or excursions - I've got you covered! Upon check-in, you will receive a message with personalized recommendations for restaurants and must-visit spots. Your privacy is of utmost importance to me, and I will only visit the property if specifically requested by you.
