Beach house on Wild Atlantic Way

This is a relaxing holiday home at the beach, in beautiful West Cork on the Wild Atlantic Way. Downstairs has a spacious open plan, with brand new kitchen and 70" smart TV. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. Master room has superking bed and en suite bathroom. Front bedroom has double bed, window view of sea and can hear the waves by night :). Kids room sleeps 4, with a single bed, double bed with single bunk bed overhead. A spacious back garden with picnic table and sunlounge chairs to enjoy. The space Family friendly beach house, in gated community, is across the road from Owenahincha Blue Flag beach, which has life guards in summer. Within walking distance is Long Strand beach, famous for long beach walks and The Fish Basket restaurant. A highlight is to stroll 15 mins from our house via the magnificent cliff walk to the famous blue flag Warren Beach, Rosscarbery. We provide many beach essentials - wet suits, towels, buckets/spades, balls, deck chairs, surf & body boards. Relax in the spacious back garden, using our picnic table or sun loungers. Kids can use the estate’s communal facilities - sandpit which has some swings/slide, or in the hut which has a pool and table tennis tables (equipment provided in our house). Large selection of board games, jigsaws, books, toys all provided in our house. Also tennis rackets/balls, pitch and putt clubs/balls - all can be used at local facilities within 5 mins drive. 4 bikes provided and some scooters for younger ones. New kitchen has coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/hob. Condiment essentials provided. 70” Smart TV has access to live streaming services. Relax on the 2 couches and enjoy the solid wood burning stove - fuel provided. Gas central heating for house. 3 bedrooms upstairs: - Master room with king size bed and ensuite - all newly renovated. - Seaview double room - Kids room, which sleeps 4. - foldaway baby cot, mattress & sheet, toddler toilet seat available Bedding, towels, dishwasher & washing machine tablets, toilet paper, cleaning products, bin bags all provided. So many beach or forest walks on the doorstep - walk by the historic Castlefreke Castle, cycle or walk thru Rathbarry woods to Long Strand or Galleyhead Lighthouse. Within short drives, you’ll be in bustling Clonakilty, Inchydoheny, Glandore, Union Hall, Skibereen & Baltimore.
