The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to cook your meals. We have a Nespresso coffee machine with four complimentary capsules. The open-plan living room has air conditioning. The wonderful terrace allows you to enjoy beautiful sunny days. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire property. Other things to note - It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost €60/stay). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a cot for a cost of €30 (subject to availability). - Reservations with pets require confirmation and incur an additional cost of €40/pet. - There is a digital file with detailed rules about the property, the address of which is posted in the apartment. - All guests must present valid identification. - There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment (capsules not included). - A city tax is applied to all guests staying in properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia. - The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which can encourage the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that the occasional insect will not enter our home, nor can we offer refunds if this happens. We do everything in our power to prevent this situation and ask our guests to cooperate by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
