The space The 2-bedroom unit is located on the 2nd floor, facing UM Davao Sports Field. It features comfortable double and queen-size beds and is equipped with an inverter air conditioner. The elegant wooden floor will make your stay feel like home. PLDT Wi-Fi is available with a maximum speed of 50 Mbps Guest access The building has its own 24/7 security to ensure your safety during your stay. You can expect a serene neighborhood that will provide you with peace of mind throughout your stay. The unit is accessible through a stairway or elevator (lift) from the ground floor or basement area. Unfortunately, we do not have a parking lot available. Paid parking is available through other landlords for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. Please let us know if you'd like us to arrange a parking space for your convenience. Other things to note House Rules: 1. Check-in between 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Check out on or before 12:00 pm. 2. The condominium does not have a front desk/reception area, but you can ask the host or the building guard for assistance. 3. Free pool use for a maximum of 3 persons at a time, available from 6 am to 9 pm daily. The pool is closed every Monday for weekly maintenance. 4. A maximum of 3 persons per condo unit is allowed to use the pool. Each user may use the pool for a maximum of one (1) hour only to provide an opportunity for other residents/guests who wish to use the pool. 5. The gym is located at the clubhouse, where the pool is. 6. Visitors are not allowed. 7. Pets are not allowed. 8. Vandalism is strictly prohibited. 9. Partying or karaoke is strictly prohibited. 10. Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the unit. "The unit is equipped with a fire alarm system, and fines will be imposed as per Developer/Government regulations." 11. All furniture, appliances, and kitchenware are checked daily and before the arrival of guests. Please handle them carefully; any damages will be billed to the guest for repair or replacement. 12. Clean up after yourself. 13. Do not leave trash or belongings in the hallway. 14. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances when leaving the room. 15. Always lock the main door when you leave and lock the door when you check out. 16. Parking: There is no dedicated parking for the unit.
