Smoking is not allowed in this space. Pets are not allowed. No parties or events that cause annoying behavior to neighbors. The space Fully private apartment with kitchen and parking space. It consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom, a living room with TV (Roku), and high-speed internet (60Mbps). Located just a 7-minute walk from the Transpeninsular highway. The neighborhood is safe, convenience store 1 block away (70 meters), Laundry 3 blocks away (210 meters), OXXO 4 blocks away (250 meters), YSA Pharmacy 9 blocks away (700 meters), plus pharmacies, hospital and stationery nearby. Guest access Guest access is limited to the SANT apartment area and parking only Other things to note The apartment is newly remodeled, the king size bed is new and very comfortable The internet is exclusive to the apartment so you don't have to worry about too many devices connected. The kitchen is new and has the essential utensils but in case you need any utensils that I don't have, please let me know. I'll always be happy to help you as much as possible. The bedroom and living room have brand new mini-split air conditioning. You won't get hot inside this apartment (my recommendation is to keep the temperature of the air between 21-25 degrees, this helps the cooling system not freeze and the air keeps cooling. This is because the outside temperature in San José del Cabo is very high) but you can set it to the temperature you like best. Finally, I want to remind you again that if you need anything from me that can make your stay more pleasant, don't hesitate to ask. I'll always be happy to help you as much as I can! Guidelines: - No parties or mass events allowed -No smoking inside the apartment for any reason. Any burns or cigarette scents will be credited with the complete replacement of any damaged furniture or a fine of $2,000 pesos. - Under no circumstances will the use or sale of illicit substances or objects be allowed. It will be reported to law enforcement immediately. Check-Out: -Please note the check-out time is 12:00 PM to allow time for proper cleaning for the next guests.
