Kindly switch off the water heater and any power lightings not in use to save on electricity We provide trustworthy and experienced drivers/ tour guides services for our guests upon request Please carry a physical ID to check in with the security at the gate. Your visitors also need Physical Identification 1) Kindly turn off any Electricity socket that is not in use to save on Electricity. 2) The apartment has TWO king size beds, thus STRICTLY SLEEPS FOUR individuals at most. 2) Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. 3) keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. 4) There shall not be smoking inside the apartment. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. 5) Soiling of bedsheets, beddings and couch with make up, mud or fluids is not acceptable. 6) Please do not rearrange the furniture 7) If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning fee, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges.
