Welcome to what we like to call The Frida Apartment, our beautiful Spanish colonial villa in the heart of Hollywood Hills just steps from the Hollywood sign, Griffith Park and Universal Studios. Our neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, scenic, great for iconic walks and hikes yet, only minutes from nightlife & attractions. The guesthouse is on the lower level of our property. You'll have your own private entrance & deck. Lots of bright natural light. Super fast WiFi. Great for remote working. The space Guests can use the entire downstairs apartment and can share the back deck with us (which we rarely use). Guest access The entire downstairs guest house and a portion of the back deck. Other things to note Stairs required to access the apartment. We apology in advance that it does not have handicap access as this house was built in 1928.
