All of the bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds and TVs. The home also includes 2 living rooms. Downstairs has a master bedroom and bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower, a removable shower head, and a heat lamp. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer. The kitchen has an open concept with a large dining room table perfect for gathering for meals or playing games. The upstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub/shower combination with a removable shower head. A cozy living room with a smart TV. Also located upstairs is a desk that can also be used for work or as vanity to do your makeup, including a magnified lighted mirror. Relax on the covered front porch or enjoy cooking using the propane grill, eating, or just gathering in the private fenced-in area that includes an outdoor table w/umbrella & chairs. Guest access Guests have access to the fenced in front and south side of the house. The back door and yard is for emergency exits only. Other things to note Instant pot & Air fryer are available on request. Amenities include hot/cold coffee brewer. Coffee pot makes a full pot or a single serving, coffee grinder, blender, crock pot, waffle maker, spice rack, and an electric can opener.
