“Stay close to nature in Tarn Jed Ton village” It is located approx. 7 km from Pai town surrounded by small garlic fields tended by local villagers, hillslope, and streams that branch off from the Pai River. It offers an ideal retreat for those who value the simple beauty of rural life and wish to stay close to nature. While the area is generally peaceful, we want to be upfront that you may occasionally hear water pumps used for irrigation—an essential part of the local farming routine. The space We provide one king-size mattress as a normal setting. An additional sleeping can be arranged for the 3rd guest on the sofa bed if it is requested in advance in corresponding to the number of guests in the booking. We encourage guests to review the details of our amenities and photos before making a booking. We’re happy to answer any questions you might have to ensure a smooth stay. Provisions: • Towels: Each guest will receive one bath towel, which will be replaced during scheduled room cleaning. A laundry facility is also available for your convenience. Additional towel services (charges apply regardless of length of stay): • Face towel: THB 50 each • Bath towel: THB 100 each To request additional towels, please contact us at least one day in advance. • Drinking Water: One pack of bottled water is provided per booking. • Tissue Paper: Tissue rolls are provided and replenished on the scheduled room cleaning date only. ______________________________________ Room cleaning, including a full change of bed linen and towels, is provided before check in and after check out. Guests can use the laundry provided to wash towels as desired during stay. For long term stays, such as 20 nights, the host provides one complimentary cleaning service. An additional complimentary cleaning will be offered for every 10 nights beyond the initial 20 nights. For example, a 30 night stay will receive two complimentary cleanings. Guests are kindly requested to contact the host at least 2 days in advance to arrange the date and time for their complimentary cleaning. Should guests require additional cleaning services, an extra fee of 300 THB per session applies. These additional services also require 2 days’ advance notice and are subject to the housekeeping schedule. Cleaning equipment is provided in the accommodation for guests who prefer to clean the room themselves during their stay. The cleaning service includes general housekeeping such as vacuuming and mopping the floors, wiping furniture surfaces and kitchen counters, and changing bed linens, blankets, and towels.
