Detection of any drug use or smoke (including marijuana) in the unit will result in immediate eviction with no refund of fees. This property is monitored by WYND Sentry which detects the use of recreational smoking, vaping, and marijuana use within the condo, and if it is disconnected or tampered with in any way, that will be grounds for immediate removal from condo. The condo is best suited to couples. The condo was renovated to give adults a spa like experience with many high end amenities. There are many family friendly units at SeaWatch but this unit is not the best choice for children. Bedroom: King bed, two nightstands with lamps, large dresser, floor length mirror, ceiling fan, and 42" smart TV with streaming services and cable. Larger guest closet (smaller closet is retained for owner storage). Kitchen: Everything you need to cook a full meal. Refrigerator, full size stove, microwave with vent, full size quiet dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, hand mixer, blender, casserole dish, storage containers and a large variety of utensils. Plates, cups, and silverware. Kitchen has peninsula bar with two stools. Bathroom: Tiled tub/Shower combo with glass doors, mirror with anti-fog function, ceiling vent with colored lighting and Bluetooth speaker, hair dryer, towels, wash cloths. Please note: the bathroom counter is a unique piece of art and cannot withstand heat. A hot pad is provided when using curling irons, flat irons, or other hot tools. Living Room: Queen leather sleeper sofa, armchair, marble side tables and coffee table, floor lamp, console storage cabinet, 50" smart TV with stream services and cable. Balcony: Two bar height Adirondack chairs and table overlooking the pool and beach. Two beach chairs available for guest use. Resort: Multiple pools and hot tubs (open 8AM-11PM), fire pit, game room, fitness center, laundry room, ice cream shop with coffee bar, restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, poolside tiki bar, outdoor rinse stations and of course, THE BEACH. During summer months the resort has multiple activities, music, and entertainment by the pool. Guest access We will provide check-in and a door code prior to your arrival date. As you drive in... turn to the left into the parking garage. You can park and unload on the ground floor or proceed to the parking deck 3rd level (TIP: your best parking will be found at the upper decks!) When you have parked, make your way to the nearest elevator and up to the 7th floor. You will find your parking passes on the kitchen counter inside your room. Be sure to keep these in your vehicle throughout your entire stay with us, please write #705 and your departure date on the parking pass. You will also find your pool bands- these give you full access to ALL resort pools. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: -Check-in is at 4PM, check-out is at 10AM. On occasion early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. If interested, please contact the host to see if this option is available for your booking. -Per AIRBNB rules, no third party reservation requests will be accepted. You may not use your AIRBNB account to book for under 25 relatives or friends. -Must be at least 25 years old to rent. -Must have formerly rented with AirBNB and have a positive rating. -This unit is not suitable for young children. -Pets not allowed due to HOA restrictions. -NO drug use allowed. Drug use of any kind will result in immediate expulsion and retention of all fees. MARIJUANA IS FULLY ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA -NO smoking in unit or on balcony. The resort has a designated smoking area in the North Tower Parking Garage: GROUND LEVEL north of the indoor pool/lazy river area/behind staircase. -The internet connection at SeaWatch isn't fabulous. Forget your phone and enjoy the ocean :) -SeaWatch has a ton of cable channels but you must scroll to view them. -In the off season many owners will be renovating their units so you may hear construction 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday. -Do not leave the balcony door open. Doing so will cause the HVAC to freeze causing the unit to have no AC for up to 4 hours while the system resets. SeaWatch VEHICLE POLICY: -MOTORCYCLES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON PROPERTY FROM MAY 1 THROUGH AUGUST 31. -TRAILERS ARE ACCEPTED BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND MUST BE PARKED IN DESIGNATED TRAILER PARKING SPACES. -MOTORCYCLE PARKING (SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH APRIL 30) & TRAILER PARKING IS BASED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AND CANNOT BE RESERVED. -PLEASE CALL THE RESORT FOR MORE INFORMATION ON NEARBY LOCATIONS THAT OFFER TRAILER & MOTORCYCLE PARKING FOR A NOMINAL FEE.
