Two Roof-Top Bedrooms

Featuring a large communal kitchen and living room, as well as a river on the back door step with canoes waiting to be used! Enjoy the serenity of a private riverside stroll, the peace of mind of a gated private drive and the ease of being only a seven minute drive from the city centre. The space This roof-top space is perfect for smaller groups and families visiting Norwich. Each room features an en-suite bathroom, has a double bed and a single camping bed available, there are also two sofa beds between the two rooms. A travel cot can be provided if required. Guest access During your stay you’ll have the entire top floor of the house to yourself but also have access to all of the communal spaces and activities.
