We ensure comfort & memorable stay for our guest. Experience yourself! The space Living room - Equipped with WiFi, 43” LED TV, Netflix and Prime Video. A comfortable stylish leather sofa and a coffee table. Ceiling fan & air-conditioned. Bedroom 1 - 1 queen size bed with quality mattress. Equipped with working space and smoking area (balcony). The room is air-conditioned and furnished by ceiling fan. 2 towels, mirror wall, clothing rack, hair dryer, iron & prayer mats are provided. Bedroom 2 - This is master bedroom attached with a bathroom. 1 queen size bed with quality mattress. The room is air-conditioned and furnished by ceiling fan. 2 towels, mirror wall, clothing rack & prayer mats are provided. Bedroom 3 - 1 queen size bed with quality mattress. The room is air-conditioned and furnished by ceiling fan. 2 towels, mirror wall, clothing rack & prayer mats are provided. 2 Bathrooms - Shower with water heater. Shower gel, shampoo & toilet paper roll are provided. Dining space - A dining table, refrigerator, microwave, water dispenser, cooking stove, rice cooker, bread toaster and cutleries. Guest access Facilities : - 2 parking lots - Swimming Pool (adult & children) - Gymnasium - Library - Sauna (under maintenance) - BBQ area (pre-booked with management is required and rental fee is RM50) Other things to note - Strictly NO ALCOHOL - No pet allowed - No durian allowed - No pork allowed - No smoking allowed. Smoking is allowed at balcony. (Smoking will activate smoke alarm) - Keep voice down after 11pm - Lost or damage of cards will be penalty RM50/card - Late check out charges RM30/hour - Switch off electricity when not use - No outside shoes in the house (Shoe rack provide outside door)
